Assignment: the repurposing of an old industrial building into a hybrid public establishment.
I chose to create a foodmarket combined with a store for kitchen textiles, staying within the theme of food. Textile is used throughout the space, as a reference to the canopies of old market stalls. Large textile panels separate the foodmarket from the store and the mezzanine houses a textile installation that visitors can walk through.
